4 DAYS TSAVO EAST / WEST /
AMBOSELI
Day 1: Mombasa / Tsavo East
0600hrs: Pick up from your hotel as dawn breaks. We then drive inland
along the Mombasa / Nairobi Highway, a distance of 140km to enter
Tsavo East National Park through Bachuma Gate. The gate allows for
a brief stopover for refreshments and call of nature.
We commence our day’s game viewing on entry,
looking out for lion, buffalo, cheetah, elephant, baboons, gerenuk,
a variety of antelopes, hundreds of species of birds and plenty
of other plains game. We then proceed to Voi Safari lodge or similar
for lunch. In the afternoon, back to the park for game tracking.
We drive near the water holes where animals come to quench their
thirst. We return to the lodge by sunset for dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Tsavo East / Tsavo West
Early morning game drive in the park. Back to the lodge for breakfast
and proceed to Tsavo West national park, game viewing as we drive
to Ngulia Safari lodge for lunch. Afternoon game spotting, where
we’ll also visit the Rhino Sanctuary. Common spots here include:
lion, cheetah, leopard, giraffe, elephant, water buck, topi, eland,
gazelle, etc. and hundreds of species of birds. Dinner and overnight
in the lodge.
Day 3: Tsavo West / Amboseli
Early morning game drive in the park. After breakfast we depart
for Amboseli national park, via Mzima Springs to view hippo, crocodile
and tilapia through an underground observatory. We continue to Amboseli,
right on the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest in Africa. We
check in at Ol tukai safari lodge for lunch. Afternoon game tracking
in this magnificient park, looking out for hippo, elephant, wildebeest,
lion, zebra, gazelle, kudu, hartebeest and the numerous species
of birds.
Dinner and overnight in the lodge.
Day 4: Amboseli / Mombasa
Early morning game drive in the park. This is also the ideal time
to view the eternal snows of Mt. Kilimanjaro (weather permitting).
Back to the lodge for breakfast after which we drive back to Mombasa,
with lunch en route. We arrive at our beach hotel late afternoon.

6 days Mombasa / Tsavo East / Tsavo
West / Amboseli
Day 1: Mombasa
We meet you on arrival at the Moi international airport, Mombasa
and transfer you to your beach hotel, Nyali beach on half board
basis.
Day 2: Mombasa / Tsavo East
After breakfast we depart for Tsavo national park, the largest in
Kenya. This park is divided into two by the Mombasa/Nairobi highway,
Tsavo East and Tsavo West. We stop over for refreshments and a call
of nature near the gate, after which we proceed to the park, entering
through Bachuma gate. This is our first encounter with wildlife,
where common spots include elephant, buffalo, lion, giraffe, gerenuk,
dik-dik, ostrich, gazelles, zebra, cheetah and hundreds of species
of birds. We check in for lunch at Voi Safari lodge. In the afternoon
we’re out for another game spotting session until sunset.
Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 3: Tsavo East / Tsavo West
Early morning game drive to see animals as they gather around the
water holes to quench their thirst. This is also the ideal time
to watch predators on the hunt. After breakfast we proceed to Tsavo
West national park, with game drives en route to Ngulia Safari lodge
for lunch. Afternoon game drive, including a visit to the Rhino
Sanctuary. A variety of species here includes reedbuck, waterbuck,
topi, impala, rock hyrax, bongo, elephant, leopard, cheetah and
other plains game. Hundreds of species of birda here include migratory
ones from Europe. Dinner and overnight in your lodge
Day 4: Tsavo West / Amboseli
Tea or coffee in the morning and out for our early morning game
drive in Tsavo West national park. Back to the lodge for breakfast
after which we depart for Amboseli national park, passing via Mzima
Springs that is fed by water from Kilimanjaro. Here we view hippo,
crocodile and various species of fish through a glass-bottomed underground
tank. Continue to Amboseli national park, with Mount Kilimanjaro
at the background. This is the highest mountain in Africa. Game
tracking as we head to Amboseli Serena lodge for check-in and lunch.
In the afternoon we’re out for game viewing. Game here includes
lion, zebra, hippo, kudu, elephant, hartebeest, cheetah, leopard
and other plains game. Hundreds of species of birds can also be
spotted. Weather permitting, we can spot the eternal snows of Mt.
Kilimanjaro. Back to the lodge by sunset for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Amboseli
The whole day is dedicated to game viewing in this magnificent park,
always with the majestic Kilimanjaro at the background. You can
take beautiful and memorable photos of its twin summits (Mawenzi
and Kibo) as the clouds clear in the morning. All meals and overnight
in your luxury lodge. Early morning game drive in the park. After
breakfast we depart for
Day 6: Amboseli / Mombasa
Early breakfast and route for Mombasa, game spotting en route. We
join the Nairobi/Mombasa highway and take a smooth drive, arriving
in Voi town for lunch, after which we continue to Mombasa, arriving
late afternoon
